FOX PLAYER is strictly an audiovisual player software application. FOX PLAYER does not host, provide, transmit, sell, or solicit any IPTV channels, streams, broadcasts, or media content. Users are required to furnish their own legal playlist URLs and Xtream credentials.

2. Device Activation Licenses

Activation licenses (1 Year and Forever Lifetime) are uniquely bound to your hardware Device ID or MAC Address. Once activated, the software unlocks premium player capabilities for the specified duration.

3. Trial Period & Free Evaluation

FOX PLAYER provides a free trial period upon initial device installation to allow users to verify hardware and playlist compatibility before purchasing an activation pass.

4. User Responsibility

The user represents and warrants that all content uploaded to or played through FOX PLAYER is legally owned or subscribed to by the user. Application developers disclaim all liability for content sourced by users from third parties.
